Data collected

Browsing this website requires no registration and involves no advertising or behavioural profiling. Personal data is collected only when you send it to us voluntarily, through the contact form, by e-mail or by phone, for example to request a demonstration. The form sends your message by e-mail to OxygenStream: it is not stored in a database on this website, and travels through OxygenStream's professional e-mail service. It includes:

your first and last name;
your e-mail address and, where applicable, your phone number;
the name of your organisation, if you provide it;
the content of your message.

As on any website, some technical data strictly necessary for the security and proper operation of the service (for example the IP address, date and requested page) may be recorded temporarily by the host in its connection logs.

Purposes and legal basis

The data you send us is used to answer your request, arrange a demonstration, prepare a quote and follow up the business relationship. Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, or on our legitimate interest in answering the requests addressed to us. Technical logs are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the OxygenStream teams in charge of handling your request. The website is hosted by our technical provider Infomaniak Network SA (Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva), Switzerland), which acts as a processor and is not allowed to use the data for its own purposes. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision: it provides a level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Union.

Retention period

Data resulting from a contact is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived for a maximum of three years from our last exchange, in line with CNIL recommendations on prospecting. Data linked to an invoiced service is kept for the statutory accounting and tax retention periods.

Cookies and trackers

This website sets no advertising cookies, no audience-measurement trackers and no behavioural tracking tools. No prior consent is therefore required to visit it.

The fonts and scripts used by the website are hosted on our own servers: displaying them triggers no connection to a third-party service, and your IP address is passed to no one. The pages load no font, icon, video or script from a third-party service.

When you switch language (FR / EN), the website briefly keeps in your browser's memory (session storage) the section of the page you were on, in order to take you back to it in the other language. This information contains no personal data, is never sent to our servers, and is deleted right after use or when you close the tab.

Links on this website to other sites (notably oxygenstream.fr) lead to separate services, whose own privacy rules apply once you open them.

Your rights

The OxygenEvent platform during an event

The information above concerns this presentation website. When the OxygenEvent platform is used for an event (registration, live, questions, polls, satisfaction survey), attendees' data is processed on behalf of the event organiser.

The event organiser decides which data is collected and for what purpose: as a rule, they are the data controller and attendees' first point of contact. OxygenStream acts on their behalf as a processor, within the framework agreed with them.
Each event has its own installation and its own database: no data is shared between two events.
Attendees are informed and stay in control. Consent is requested before any data is collected, a privacy notice is displayed, and each attendee can, from the event's "Personal data" page, download, correct (including their questions and their survey answers) or erase their information, or send a request to the organiser.
The retention period of an event's data is set with the organiser; the platform can automatically purge old data.
As on this website, the platform's pages load no third-party resources.
