How your data is used

Your presence on the live page (connection time, device used) and the actions you take there.
Last name, first name, company and email address, depending on the fields shown in the registration form.
The questions you ask, with their date, and the answers given. Your name is visible to the organisers even if the question is anonymous to the public. A deleted question is no longer displayed, but the organiser keeps a copy until the end of the retention period; you can ask for it to be erased.
Quiz answers: the question, the chosen answer and the time, linked to the identified person.
Votes: the question, the chosen answer and the time, linked to the identified person.
Document downloads: which document and at what time, linked to the identified person.
Answers to the satisfaction questionnaire, linked to the identified person.
Nothing: the timer stores no personal data.
The log of reminders sent (which reminder, when, with what result).

To run the event, give you access to the live, moderate exchanges and measure participation.

Your consent, given when you registered.

Your data is kept for 12 months after the event, then deleted.

The event organisers and their technical host. Your data is neither sold nor shared.
